At TMS, full management covers advertising on Rightmove, accompanied viewings, tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks, the tenancy agreement, deposit registration, rent collection, repairs, four inspections a year and notices.
Compliance is part of the service too, including gas safety, electrical safety (EICR) and EPCs. We can also make HMO and selective licence applications for you, as a separate service.

We start marketing as soon as we know a property is becoming empty, and arrange decorating and cleaning if it needs it, so it is ready for the next tenant.
